If you've watched our NKY Auto YouTube Channel, you've seen us buy wrecked, flooded, and salvage cars from Copart and IAAI and painstakingly restore them to their former glory. Now, we are offering to do that exact same process for you.
With our Custom Rebuild Concierge Service, we will source, bid on, and professionally rebuild your dream car. Because the vehicle will have a rebuilt title, you will get the exact same luxury or exotic car at roughly 80% of the retail price — saving you thousands while still getting a meticulously restored machine.

Here Is Exactly How Our Concierge Rebuild Process Works
The Sourcing & Deposit
Once you let us know the exact make and model you are looking for, we will monitor the inventory at Copart and IAAI to find the perfect candidate.
- The Deposit: To place a bid on your behalf, we require a 20% deposit of your maximum total bid amount upfront.
- The Bid Fee: We charge a flat, non-refundable fee of $25 per vehicle you request us to actively bid on.
Winning the Auction
When the hammer falls and we win your dream car, the clock starts.
- Funding the Car: You are required to pay the remaining balance of the vehicle's auction purchase price in full within 24 hours of winning the bid.
Transport & Rebuild
Once the vehicle is paid for, we handle the logistics of transporting the car directly to our Northern Kentucky facility to begin the teardown and restoration.
- Transparent Labor Rates: You only pay for the parts required and our hourly labor rate. Our rates are tiered based on the complexity of the vehicle (see pricing below).
- Stay in the Loop: You will receive regular progress updates, photos, and breakdowns of the work being done. Depending on the build, your car might even get its own starring role in a weekly episode on our YouTube channel!
Finalizing the Deal
Because we operate as a fully licensed dealership, the vehicle is purchased and rebuilt under our dealership name to ensure all legal and safety protocols are met.
- The Handover: Once the car is fully rebuilt, inspected, and ready for the road, we will tally the final repair costs (parts and labor).
- Drive Away: You make the final payment for the repairs, we officially sell and title the rebuilt car over to you, and you drive away in a premium vehicle for a fraction of the cost.
